Brookies

The recipe today is for ''brookies'', which is the fusion between brownies and cookies.


1/ For the brownie layer:
75g of salted butter
125g dark chocolate
125g sugar
2 eggs
75g flour
50g nuts (almonds or whatever) 

2/ For the cookie layer:
120g soft salted butter
135g cane sugar
1 egg
165g flour + raising agents
110g dark chocolate crushed

 1/ Melt butter + chocolate and add & mix the rest of the 'brownie' ingredients. Pour in a 20cm x 20cm oven dish.

2/ Crush the soft butter + sugar together. Add & mix the rest of the 'cookie' ingredients. Place on top of the brownie layer.

Bake 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
